Chengwei Capitol owns YouKu, let me give you one hint. You want to tell you why do I know? Well, that could be a "national secret", according to the logic of the Communist Party. Do not tell me that I use the Communist logic. It is what practiced in China, now expands through "globalization". If I further claim that the Communist Party is the ultimate 大老板,then you are going to throw your even big hat over me. Do you know how much the Chinese government owns these "private companies"? Do not you hear suddenly some unknown company in China could be buying a well-known automobile company in cash? Do not you know that the "richest person of so and so" in China went bankrupt in days when the Chinese government get involved? Yet, how many shares of the Chinese government are listed in any of these 机构股东along with百分比?

You want me to 脱离人民共和国对现代商业缺少必要理解的语境,that is exactly the Chinese government wants the others do, as to say "business is just business", which is not true in where the Communist government controls or able to influence. Why do you want others think a Chinese 上市公司 must be what it suppose to be? How many people trust these上市公司 in China? Do not you know that they want to investigate many Chinese 上市公司 on Wall Street?

Here let me introduce an example just happened in my community to tell you how these non-transparency works in these "Chinese companies". I have my opportunity to know these “investors” and they are not what they said. Today's report is only a tip of that iceberg:
